I’m confused, in the story it said those flights were at other destination and committed to them so they couldn’t spare the planes to go and get them. But when they sold the tickets they knew they would have people coming back at those times and place. If you only fly seasonal Routes why don’t you have the planes committed? Why sell the tickets if they did not have any planes to commit to the return flight? Snow in Minnesota also means they have planes in Mexico that could have brought them back so far and bussed the rest of the way like other airlines.
