Alexa Pappanastos - she chose to go out in those shorts. She had dignity then. No, it was about gaining sympathy and it worked. The jail house didn’t give her sympathy, she was treated like everyone else. Oh and as for the feminine products? The jail house had them, all she had to do was ask and she didn’t. ** Now that could be she didn’t know or some guard refused to give them to her, we don’t know. There was no record of her asking in the log books or on the tapes so, she can’t prove it. **That was from an article I read online - the jail house admin who investigates these complaints.

Official MarvelousArii - you should have read the whole comment. The jail house investigated itself. There were no records or tape of her asking for anything. Don’t know how much credit you can have with that kind of investigation. The Judge was upset cause she thought the women was naked under the shirt. That was not the case. The woman tried to get sympathy maybe through the public defender or speaking on her behalf, I forget. But as a judge you do not decide a case based on how the defendant is dressed.

It also looked like you did not read all of my comment about how the update came from the jail house and my response. The jail did not send her without pants, she had shorts on. The they looked into it themselves and the judge being upset was unwarranted. How can you trust anyone who investigates themselves of wrong doing? But the Judge’s reaction to her wearing shorts was wrong as well. She was upset that the women seemed to be going around pants less that she basically said time served your free to Go. The judge should have tried the case on its merits, sentenced appropriately, then gone after the jail for what it did. I think then the jail would have someone else other than themselves investigate the incident.
