  1. Sounds like SJP does not have her (KC) address to send a card. She reached out the only way she could. Also, had SJP not reached out the media would have had a field day, “oh, the bad blood still exists between the two” - “SJP, can’t put her feelings aside to offer simple compassion...” This way everyone knows she tried and all KC had to do is say nothing back, ignore it.
