  1. He’s a fool! I have gone to other countries and didn’t speak the language. I was so grateful that the people there spoke English. I would have been lost if they expected me to speak theirs. It’s good for business to hire people who speak more than 1 language. It shouldn’t be a requirement just a pleasant surprise. The man is mad because he never learned another language and regrets it. He probably hasn’t gone to another country because of this.
