In the video you can see the man with the gun in his hand and he stand there till the cop goes to administer aid. You then see him walk away. He stands by the front of the truck and that’s when someone say there’s a man with a gun! He has one hand up as if to say it wasn’t him that did it he just had his gun just in case the one with the gun that shot the man comes back. He never got the chance. It was a mistake in his part. He should have dropped the gun or put his hands up something other than keep holding it and turning his body. I also think it’s a tragic accident. The cop did his job, the man just didn’t know what to do.
