She does not look like either of Madeline’s parents. The dark circles under the eyes at such a young age, is usually hereditary. Neither of M’s parents have it.

I find it funny how they all think there are jobs aplenty and within a few years they will be rich.

Why is it off the table for Lori? What, she’s crazy so she doesn’t qualify for it anymore? Yet Chad, the guy who fed her delusions is still qualified! Granted he killed his wife but her ordering the deaths of her kids and manipulating others to do it for her does not? Those kids need Justice from their Mom and the only way to get it, is to have her go meet the maker sooner rather than later.

@barbarajones9385 - I was explain how he could get, how any man could get full custody of their child. Then I put in my 2 cents. The problem is a person can be convicted of statutory rape if the boyfriend is 18 and the girl is 16. What it means is it was consensual sex. The age between the two is the problem. In this case she was 16 and he was 33. That’s a big difference! Then there is the she was in a bar with fake ID. Did he have reasonable suspicion that she was over 21? I say no. Cause the Woman said in an interview she looked young. He never asked her for her ID. At 33 you can tell the difference between an 18 year old and a 21 year old. If she lied about being 21 what else might she be lying about? There are no interviews with the father so, we really don’t know this for sure. My Biggest concern is the hospital visit 7 years ago that was confirmed by a doctor that the then 7 year old girl had been sexual assaulted and when reported, nothing happened. The case is still open and active but no one has investigated. And with that case still open, the judge Awarded him full custody. No supervision. The girl has been removed from his custody and is at a 3rd party, for now. It only happened because the mother went to the news, to see if they could get answers because no one would help her get them. Her lawyer now is working Pro bono because he says the judge did not act right. Meaning it may have been a bribe, It may be he is connected politically and can influence the judge that way. Or The judge just relied on a mutual friends interpretation of the guys morals to base his decision on instead of facts. Whatever the case, the news brought it out into the light and the Judge is scared.

Why be there? I mean they are probably waiting for Chad’s trial. To show there support for Tammy.

What gets me, in asphyxia cases, The eyes blood vessels explode. Yet the coroner and the police missed that and did not suspect foul play?

Hear me out, I’m playing devils advocate here. In a lot of custody cases, the mother usually claims sexual abuse by the father. It’s a ploy used to get full custody and more child support. I don’t like it either. People who do that with no proof only traumatize the kid. It also explains why some people do not know what Rape is. Having explained how it happens that the child gets awarded to the father. Judges are tired of false accusations and as long as there is no proof, why shouldn’t the father have custody let alone full custody? Being a Male, is not an automatic disqualification. However, the first report was 7 years ago and the hospital report says sexual assault happened. The child is 16 now. If this report was 7 years ago why was it not investigated? And now you say it’s happened another time! I watched another report where it says CPS was still investigating the first time, the police did not close that case. Yet, the father gets full Custody of the child? This sounds like the father has political clout. Definitely the good old boy system. The police are not investigating, the judge doesn’t care it so and so - so leave it alone. Yet some cop saw that it was not right and never closed the first case. That is telling to me. Even in the good old boy system there are limits. They didn’t close it cause there is some merit to it and though nothing can be done about it then, they were hoping in the future there can be. They were not willing to cover it up.

@jsquad55155 - no one is defending him. I explained how he as the father of the child could get full custody of his child. I also said that because of the situation he shouldn’t have. He had to have known someone to pull such string.

@hillsane9262 - she wasn’t caught drinking under age so there is no charge. Therefore there is no statute of limitations. Also being drunk (she does say they both were at the time in another interview) she said being drunk she could not have given consent. He being 33 at the time should have known that. Doesn’t matter the age, if the person you want to have sex with us drunk they cannot give consent. It’s up to a court to determine how drunk is too drunk for sex. She asked for a ride home, he didn’t mean her home but his and she was too drunk to understand that. I would say is too drunk to give consent. I’m not defending him. He is wrong. I just explained how the courts could give custody to the father. It’s not a crime to be a male and have full custody of your child. In this case it should be because he got around the system and used some kind of influence to control the cops so he never got charged, control the judge so he would get full custody with no proof of neglect from the mother. And as if 5 years ago, it doesn’t matter when the rape happened the victim has almost 30 years to file charges now. Just because it can take people longer than 3 to 5 years to get their lives back. I’m hoping this women uses that law to prosecute him. I’m also hoping her daughter charges him with incest for the at least 2 adults the mother has proof of. I’m hoping that the judge gets kicked off the bench and loses all their benefits. All because the judge did no investigation on either parent to see who would be the better parent for the child to live with.

Peridot Reign - those jobs do not make you rich. I also doubt they have seen American news. These people think they will be rich and Never have to work again. I know boarder patrol agents. They say the people are just following what missionaries tell them. Oh Come to the US , you would be welcomed, get a good job, become rich, More money then you’ve seen in your whole life. So they come, get mad when this happens. To them they were invited. Just a few greedy people are trying to stop them. There is a lot more to this and it’s sad that they were lied to. I do blame the missionaries for getting their hopes up.

@dawnr7798 - not everyone does. My Mom and sister have leukemia and did not get the dark circles. None of the people they were in Chemo had the dark circles under their eyes. Granted, not everyone had leukemia. They did get dark circles under their eyes from throwing up days after chemo. Yet the photo does not look from when she is getting chemo.

Someone had it out for him. Pulled over for expired tags (a year old) I get. The warrant for arrest over littering, that really was not the issue. Her Father really didn’t like him. How she died may shed more light on this.

The police don’t see a reason to get her because there will be no trial. He’s in prison for life as it is. They don’t see the point. There are organizations out there that look for peoples missing loved ones. Contact them, let them go in and find her, let them call the cops. Right now the cops are seeing the sister as a nuisance. She need another independent source to confirm this. The more people that know, the more the police can’t ignore.

I look at it, if he killed the women he so call loves then he could turn on me, his parent. You turn him in if he murdered her. My Mom told my older brother when he was a teenager of 16. If you wind up killing someone, don’t come home. If you can kill once cause of an argument, you can kill twice. I don’t want that to be me or any of your brothers or sisters. It shocked my brother to hear that his own Mother would turn him in. It was also a wake up call and he started to act better, controlling his temper.
2
@JL-zn7me - are you sure it’s her van? It makes him look even more guilty to come home in a van that’s in her name only, without her.
2
So your saying that he abducted and killed Eliza because he was getting back at her uncle? For not doing a good enough job?
2
@coolinwithlaura4114 - true, however that is not the photo you use to say your this missing girl. You do use it if your trying to hide your appearance.

@annconforti9294 - how about from your husbands side of the family? My son looks nothing like his father but when you see my side of the family - there is no doubt. My son looks like his great grand father and a cousin. My husband sees himself in our son’s mannerisms. A tilt of the head, Smile and musical talent. No one from my side can read music. My Husbands side is very musical, our son is good at it. So maybe she doesn’t look like either parent but if she is their child, she would have something her parents would recognize. If they met her. I don’t blame them though for not wanting to and getting the DNA first. As the reporter was saying, she may believe she is the missing girl cause of the drugs she was on as a kid. It could be a self preservation thing, her family was so bad she wished she was M. so she could have a different family. Now that she is older, fantasy and reality are jumbled up. Could be sue to her cancer, could be sue to her mental state.

@Hatsu220 - no, it’s one mother’s opinion. Also if you watched the video, You would see that the multiple photos were of Madeleine as a kid. There were 2 photos of the women who is claiming to be M. 1 that shows her full face, the other as a side by side look of the two when she was younger. The eyes did not match. M has bigger eyes. Then there is a video of an overweight women that we really don’t get a good look of her face. We do see she is white and has blonde hair. That’s it.

Or a finger.

@hillsane9262 - there is no statutes of limitations on under age drinking. It’s a case of did they get caught at the time or not. That’s it. Like speeding, we’re you caught? No, then you got away with it.

You didn’t say much more than what the report said. What I didn’t know was the oxygen scrubbers. That is interesting. I hope they are working or they may already be dead from Carbon Dioxide poisoning. I have a positive outlook though. There is still a chance and I don’t want to give up on them just yet. I am worried if they are stuck on the ship and debris. I’m hoping they did not make it fall into a hole and are not seen as a result. From what you said, they could be hidden easily. Thanks for the information.

Read everything before you sign. Do not take the guy at the doors or anyone’s else’s dumbed down version of what the form is. It was no accident that a so called independent testing company had the company that hired them clause to not hold them liable for any damages or harm to them. It was on the bottom of the form cause lawyers know people do not read all the way through. So they may get one or two people to read, the majority will not and that’s another person/family that they don’t have to worry about in the upcoming lawsuits, they know are coming.

Is there an update to this yet?

@hope4all366 - right now they consider her a nuisance caller. They are treating her that way. But if she can get a third party, someone outside, someone who has no interest other than to find missing people, get them to call, the police have to come out. Then they can dive with the cops recovery team to show them the location. The cops can ignore one person who calls them weekly or monthly but they can’t ignore the new people.

There is no reason for people to be honest to the news.

I wonder if Bob Ballard can help here? Meaning he knows this ship well. I would think he would notice disturbances of the sea floor faster then anyone else. That may lead to following their trail and to them. I don’t want to think of them as the new unsolved mystery. Like how people felt when they were looking for the Titanic. I don’t want another 75 years to go by before they are found. I have hope right now. From what others have said - if they have a battery back up they can still have oxygen. CO2 scrubbers can help them for a few extra days. The cold may even be in their side, slowing down breathing.

@autumnsantomauroganggang - They probably have been make excuses for him most of his life. It’s a habit. Or He may not be guilty. Just looking at it in a different way. They could have had a fight. She went home early by plane. He drove the van home a few days later. She is not home. He doesn’t know what happened but how guilty he looks. He gets a lawyer right away. He says nothing till the lawyers PI can investigate his story. Get a head of the police. Maybe find the women before charges are filed and he has a record. It’s wrong but it does explain why he hasn’t said anything to anyone.

The Coroner got paid off. My friends mother’s husband who is 80+ years old, died when she was on vacation with her daughter. She gets home and is told that she can’t bury her husband because there HAS to be an autopsy. He is 80+ years old. Tammy is not even 50 and they don’t think she needs an autopsy? All these weird things happening to her, the foam, the lavitity, no history of health problems, this came out of nowhere, the husband said No to the autopsy and they just go with it. Someone had to have been paid off here.

This is a guy who wanted to go back to prison. He can’t deal with life outside prison. He is probably someone in prison and a nobody outside. I hope he gets to stay in Prison till he dies.

They are headed to NY. Probably hoping to cross the boarder there, Niagara falls. They believe themselves in Love and want to go to a romantic place as well as get across the boarder.
