A black owned business in a black neighborhood, behind shut down by their neighbors, sounds like some people hate to see others succeed. When at court the plaintiff’s should be named to prove they live in the area. The case should not move forward until that has been established. After all the defendants have a right to face their accusers and if they can’t face them, the suit should be dropped and the playoffs made to pay all court fees as well as their attorney fees.
