  2. It’s a public beach, you have no right to privacy out in the open. If your afraid of the photos he took of you then maybe don’t dress to where you would be embarrassed to be seen in what your wearing in plain sight. He didn’t walk up to you and harass her by putting a camera in her face or interrupt her movement in anyway. He was gathering his things to leave and she reached out to grab his property. He had a right to protect it by sweeping his arm out. She didn’t like that and hit him. In her mind she took his action of protecting his property as assault. She was wrong. This is what happens when you teach your daughters that they can touch anyone but no one can touch them. That’s why she felt comfortable tearing his clothes and constantly attacking him with her fist and nails. I would have bit her finger if it was in my mouth. I would love to hear her tell the court how her finger got bit. Then show the video. All the guy would have to say was “it was in my mouth”.
