So the bad guy here is the doctor and the 10 year old according to this activist. Is this person also someone who believes she secretly liked it? After all, if she didn’t, she wouldn’t have gotten pregnant. This is some yahoo, who is trying to make a name for themselves to further their own agenda and doesn’t really care about the reality of this girls life. He just knows it’s a high profile case and he wants to attach his name to it for free publicity.

When I lived in Texas, all you had to do was show your ID card. The background check is done off of that. If your not wanted or have a felony conviction on your drivers license, they will sell you a gun. Texas will give you a drivers license even though you are not a citizen of the U.S. without checking your status. Meaning you can get a license even if you are illegal cause they do not talk to immigration. Had they, he would not have been able to get an ID card or drivers license. He would have had no ID for the store to do a background check on and he would not have been able to buy a weapon - legally.
