  1. This is why you must keep your hands, arms and legs inside the tram at all times. The people who go on the tram from now on will hear that said all through the ride now. Like once isn’t enough. 😖

  2. The caption said the tram was making a turn and hit a guard-rail. That’s about it though. Nothing more. Me: In order for 15 people to have gotten hurt, that gram must have been speeding. Maybe lost breaks and couldn’t slow down.
