This is a guy who was tired of walking places. He saw this women in the car and figured she was an easy target. He used the forklift to scare her. She gets out of the car and her runs over her. He now has gotten rid of the owner, he has the car and no one to report him to the cops. He took the car close to his home and then waits to see if the cops find it. If not he will keep driving it or, have it towed away and he would then buy it cheap at a Tow lot auction. Or he has a friend that works at the tow yard and he will pay $20 bucks to the friend and get a new, clean title. He just didn’t think the cops would be smart enough to catch him.
