I want to know about her phone. Why did he take it and why is he not being charged with stealing it? It can’t be proved that he assaulted the women or if she fell from his car. It could have just been as easily said that he was helping her up and she freaked out on him. Then ran when someone came up to him from behind. He didn’t know if he was about to be robbed. I get it. But, the phone was still taken. Was there something in the phone he didn’t want others to know? After all, if he dragged her out of the car, why take the phone? These vehicles are not the drivers personnel vehicles, so why not equip them with cameras? Much like the police wearing body cams proving they did not assault people as well as showing them assaulting people. There is more here.
