  1. Sorry but the only reason they are being charged is because the guy is old. They pushed him because he would. It move. He was suppose to move. The majority did. It check on him because they thought it was handled and they went on with their job. Not checking on him after he was pushed to the ground is the main crime. One did try but was told no and even stopped. That is questionable. Keep in mind - old people are strong, their bodies take longer to heal when injured. This mad went there to challenge the cops because he knew he had strength to slow them down. He gambled and lost. I’m am sorry he is so bad off. That was a bad fall. But, he shouldn’t have been there, by himself. The cops pushing him was a non-lethal method, the man lost his footing and fell backwards. I’m sure he thought to make it look bad but it went wrong. Now he is fighting for his life. The cops accused of his injuries are not guilty of the charges they face. Instead the charges should be not rendering aid after their action. They saw him fall, they saw him hit his head, maybe they did or did not see the blood right away but they should have checked just Incase he sustained a concussion. They did not and the one officer that tried was pulled away. That’s the crime not the ones they are charged with now. As such the crimes should get a not guilty verdict.
