  1. Let the ballon capture what it wants and when it tries to leave, then take it down. That way when they collect the wreckage, they will know exactly what information China is after.

  2. Who is at fault? The pilot that is suppose to be guiding the ship in? The tug boats captains that are towing it in? Or The ships captain for not keeping a closer eye on it all?

  3. Boat Axe - so it’s a design flaw. Why not hold the designers at fault? It seems like there is no incentive for them to fix the problem any time soon. Also if the captain to the owners know this happens, why not turn it off so the ship can be manually steered? There has to be a by pass to do this and not lose power to any part of the ship.
