The man sees the reflection of the wire fence when the tiger hits it. It’s a chain link fence that goes up 20 feet (looks like). When the tiger swatted the pole, the chain link fence vibrated and we are seeing the vibration of that tiny swat in the form of that reflection. But because the side it is being filmed. The Anchorman is confused. Is the reflection coming from the glass on the side where it is filmed or is the whole enclosure in glass. And if it is the whole enclosure, how did she get her hand near the tiger??? That’s what he was trying to figure out. After all, if the whole enclosure is glass, what was the danger of the woman climbing the fence???? As well as if that was the glass reflecting, could that mean the tiger could get out easily??? All that seemed to be going through his head and he had trouble voicing it as well as wanting to move on with real news. That’s my opinion.

@nicholasblohm2744 - no, if it was glass there the lady would not have jumped the fence to try to pet the Tiger. She tried to get her hand through the fence. The Tiger hit the fence post and the whole fence shook which is why that reflection confused the anchor.

Just keep in mind when people attack you like this, behind a computer screen, it’s because they have issues with themselves. It is easier to attack others so they don’t have to look at themselves. Just keep in mind that there are people out their who think they can run another’s life. They get mad when a celebrity changes their hair (style or cut) all because they didn’t consult with them about it. So don’t take people’s comments as a personal attack on you. They don’t pay your bills, they are not your family or friends. They mean nothing because they are nobody’s.
