  2. Your saying that after 5 years she still hasn’t gotten a permit and the city should just let her keep going? It’s sad to see all that good go to waste. It shouldn’t have been thrown away. However don’t pretend she never knew she needed one, not after 5 years.

  3. This sounds more like hits. Someone wanted these people dead Or Someone paid these people to harm others for fun. The bigger the crime the more money they got. I would look back at who they talked to as well as similar crimes in the past. Crimes where homeless people were involved in such as fighting, causing scenes with random people. This sounds like a new version of Bum fighting.

  4.  @xxfexx3827  - liquor licenses are hard to get, not selling food. She probably didn’t have the other things required for the permit such as a food handlers permit, business license and a permanent address for the city to mail the license to.

  5.  @meandepiphany  - yes. The rules governing business may not seem important to most people but, they are designed to not flood an area with the same stuff. Too many of one type of store actually brings down the prices to the point that most of the stores will go out of business and have massive debt. If this lady got finned there is no address to send the fine. All because the rules say they have to send it to the address where the business is at. She cannot be inspected for the same reason. The public does not know if she is selling safe food or not. Practicing safe hygiene around said food. They assume that because she is there and, for so long, that she must have been inspected and therefore safe to buy from.
