  5. Well here is a law firm that’s about to lose a few lawyers. I get that they need to protect their client but, To blame a 9 year old is going to far. Was the law firm hired by the company or by the flight attendant? That’s something lawyers do when trying to defend a person not a company. Now the company is trying to separate themselves from the company they hired. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  6. I guess people don’t know or don’t remember how businesses works. 1) the police do not warn you that they have a warrant out for your arrest. They just show up. 2) they called you. That means the business (if it’s legitimate) already had your information. They don’t need to ask you for your account number, they don’t need your address. They have it already on their computer screen. You should not hear frantically typing or voices in the background. Most businesses trying to collect do not have a dozen people in the room. It’s usually 1 person. They want you to pay over the phone. It that’s not your normal way of paying. Tell them thanks for the info, I will go down to my local office tomorrow to pay in person so I can get a receipt. No bank is going to ask for your birthday and your mother’s Marian name when they are the ones calling you. They might if you call them though. Do not call them back from the number they leave. You call the business with the number you have. No business will threaten with arrest if you don’t pay them. That’s illegal.

  7. Lady, you did the right thing. The school did nothing (slap on the hand) going to the press makes it so they can’t sweep it under the rug. My so was overseas playing football, one kid from a school with diplomats had a kid that would step in between the legs of a player on the ground as they (out team) was standing up. This person was never in the pile but would run at it once people got up and then cleat the inner thigh. It happened at least twice, my son said it happened more. It took 4 of us Moms to go to the coach and say that if anything happens to the kids they would be named in the law suit too. The kid got removed from the game and force to sit out 2 games. If another incident happened he was going to be banded from all sports for the remainder of the year. We were told the kid behaved.

  9. I hope H.D. Doesn’t tell anyone how they caught him. If they did then people will avoid doing it and never get arrested. They didn’t catch him because he was their security, they caught him because of his actions. He just turned out to be working for HD and a Dallas Cop. It’s not Dallas PD’s fault, just like not all black men are nonexistent fathers. 1 person who thinks they will be the one who can beat the system and make a name for themselves. It doesn’t matter the skin color, sex, religion, job. Stop blaming the group for 1 bad person. Not all doctors are rich, not all tow truck drivers are crooks, not all repair shops will rip you off, not all teachers are bad, not all government workers are on the take. Most of the time it’s your interaction, your attitude that effected the situation. Then you get mad cause they were nice, too nice. Maybe your the kind of person who argues because someone told you a glass was half empty after you saw them drink from it. You tell them they are wrong it’s half full. Just cause you don’t like them telling you anything.

  10. It is sad he had to call the news to embarrass the office into fixing the problem they created. I would have gone to the DA and had them fight for me. Next to the news, having your peers tell you, you screwed up, fix it, your making us all look bad is also embarrassing. However, having a judgement in your favor also means they can’t come back 10 years from now and try again. After all the paperwork generated has the wrong info on it and someone looking to find money comes across it may set into motion this happening again. A judgement would shut it down faster.
