So her license is suspended, why can’t she just get another ticket for no license and let the husband drive the car and not seize the car?

Restaurants that have their female staff wear such outfits do not get family’s coming in. It becomes male clientele and no place a female wants to go. That means no people on dates, no birthdays, no anniversary’s which can bring in lots of people. Restaurants that have the wait staff in the black shirt and pants will see a better group of people. The other thing is the only thing you can wear with that dress is heels. You carry those plates in heels and move fast, you stand on your feet as long as they do in heels. A comfortable staff is a happy staff.

Moss Limbayter - that makes Sense. I just wish they would have said that bit of crucial information in the story. This site must be run by someone who hates the police. Why else would they make them look bad? They have a hard enough job as it is.

I told one marketer that he is sub contracting for this company (meaning they call on their behalf). What I will do is sue them because of you. How much longer do you think they will use your company after they get sued because of your harassment? Do not call this number ever again. They have left me alone. Going on 3 weeks now.

If the date and time are wrong it’s a mistake. How? You can’t prove it, but I can. You lied, you pay me now.

Moss Limbayter - a lot of people have insurance that covers them no matter what car they drive. It could have been her husband had no drivers license. But if he did, then the insurance should have covered him and the cop could have let him drive it. Just because it’s in her name does not mean only she can drive it or that the insurance will Stop/ suspend until she gets he license back. It’s a family car so the insurance should and most likely does cover her husband. The only time it would not is if he didn’t have a license.

Moss Limbayter - the insurance I have is under my husbands name. I am mentioned in the policy as a driver with a license. Even if he loses his license I am still covered. Even if we both lose our license all we have to do is let the insurance company know that someone else will be using the car to take us places and then the car becomes insured for whomever drives it. As long as we pay our premium we keep the insurance. Funny thing is, even if we did not tell the insurance that someone else drive the car, it, that person is still covered. It happens all the time, you let someone drive your car to get home from the bar or a party because the owner of the car is drunk. You let someone drive your car because they need it for an errand. As long as they have the owners permission they are covered. If a thief steals my car, gets into an accident, we are covered. That one is under liability insurance, the most basic. It does not matter who’s name is on the policy. The husband should have been allowed to drive the family car. A young family like that, probably only has one car and it is need to get everyone to work. Taking the car for 30 days, stranding them on the side of the road or in this case the tow truck takes them to the tow yard or the closest safe place is wrong. The cop did it out of spite. Unless the Husband did not have a license either which we don’t know cause it wasn’t mentioned in the story.

xamyx - I do, when I bought the car and have to make monthly payments the lender made me get full coverage. I understand people can’t afford it but I need a car and have no choice.

xamyx - I understand that. I do not think driving is a right. It still does not explain why they would not let her husband drive the car. Another person did answer that question for me though.

Call police for welfare check. Keep doing this till they refuse to let the police on property. Then see what happens.
