I find it interesting how he says how he bided his time. He had to wait till the time was right to tell his side of the story. That is something I myself have done. Just staying quite, letting others call me names, only to give the other person enough rope to hang themselves. You want to scream, dance, spit on them but you can’t. In the end all you get is the high road. No one wants to hear the truth. The truth is boring. They would rather think you had this other persona cause it’s exciting and very gossip worthy. So now people have a reason to gossip about them. Some people think it gives them status to be in the know. Others think it’s a great way to be a victim and get sympathy, attention instead of being told they have a problem. Having been the subject of mean gossip, seeing that no matter what you say, people don’t believe you. To watching them being fired for all the things they accused you of. Makes it worth it. I hope that is the case here. I hope the right person wins. The other is punished.
