  2. I’m glad someone had the foresight to save the bridge. Just because it has a flaw for cars today (then) doesn’t mean it couldn’t be used for those who rode/ride bikes or walk.

  4. You can buy a portable dishwasher. The kitchen is fine though. The bathroom - yeah, make the tub a shower and convert the space into a stacked washer and dryer. Drop the price from $2,700 to 2,200.
