The data is in. A $15 minimum wage impacts the federal budget tremendously. From consumer spending to withholding more in taxes than someone making $7.25/hour and working 40 hours for 52 weeks with no vacations.

@CGoffgrid Maybe for Mom & Pop shops that deserve financial aide from the government, if there are employees. But no, it won't cause job loss unless the bosses and executives who make significantly more money than their employees were to pay their employees (and themselves) appropriately.

Why don’t Americans get it? Cops are not supposed to kill. If they do, they’ve failed to give somebody their right to a trial. If a cop kills, they are not trained well enough. Period. And that’s pretty much every cop there has ever been since black people were brought as property to America and white people turned blind eyes. We need to start over, to change the criteria for becoming a cop, make them go to school for at least four years so they can know the laws they’re supposed to uphold and enforce. Cops don’t even need a degree in criminal justice to be a cop, it’s just anyone who says they’ll die for their duties but will always shoot first if they think they’re going to get scratched. If cops kill, they aren’t trained well enough. That is an absolute truth.
