Chemtrails have actually been found to be true, perhaps not in all the ways that conspiracy theorists think, but weather modification is indeed something that is practiced, usually called "cloud-seeding," in hopes to cause water vapor to cling to a heavier particle to form rain, or to otherwise induce a "cover," which may reflect sun rays in an effort to slow the heating of the atmosphere by the sun. However, it really wouldn't surprise me that a government who dosed people with psychedelics in a mind control attempt that was MK Ultra would also be sending another chemical into the air that is meant to be inhaled to cause some kind of behavioral change. Though today, I do see on very similar days that there are planes that fly overhead while I'm living in Japan whose trails last for 30 to 90 seconds a bit more often than trails that last for hours. I have, however, seen from horizon to horizon, parallel trails that have lasted for more than four hours.
