What puzzles me is that these people know that the current population isn't managing our resources properly to adequately sustain the population, and the solution to literally half the global population in one generation is for everyone to have just one child. It's strange that the argument of a population crisis keeps coming up, and yet people are researching ways for people to live longer, for certain defects that would terminate an embryo to not terminate it, and effectively perpetuate what they call a problem.
