At the same time S. Bandera was imprisoned by Germans and later the same UIA / UPA troops that killed Polish people, fought againts Germans. So it's not that simple as you (and evgeniya) paint the picture.

Africa do not participate in major part, India is using the situation in its favour economically, China as well, to the extent of vassaling Russia. Mind that India and China leaders both unexpectedly left early when visiting Russia - it's telling.
