In short - president Putin , who played strong man , haven't fulfilled the projected figure when the day came he wasn't there, if it wasn't for Aleksandr Lukashenko, what could have happened ... Putin was saying contradicting things, not delivering , seemed he didn't have support of the very passive military and security services.
