P. shelling and Olenivka camp explosion, they're both Russian crimes - you can see it from Russian provided photos and recordings (eg there were no guards , prisoners only when the explosion took place) , no need for anything else. The argument about casualties you should address to President Putin first, you're not telling let the Russians at will slaughter the Ukrainians , are you?
