  2.  @blackcatdungeonmastersfami5311  Facts: 17% inflation is an indicator of serious problems, and this is before the oil embargo 'mercy time' finishes and Ukraine allies stop buying it - and the ones of Russia as well. It has been countered by artificially controlled exchange rate of ruble, but this backfires at transforming the revenues of export to internal market, any state payments eg offices clerks, soldiers, pensioners - it is First Deputy PM Andrey Belousov who says ruble is overvalued. If you wanted to buy more foreign currency than the state-imposed limits permit, the real price (black market) is much higher. Or take exchange offices in Turkey - instead of 57, it is around 100 RUB for 1 USD . Ruble did collapse. Tanks - if Russia after loss of 1500 tanks brings T-62s to Donbas, because cannot pull enough newer ones out of far corners, it is a sign of that you ran out of the modern ones. You can have thousands on paper lists, but if they're not functional, you have to use old generation models. Missiles - the use of them only now and then, mostly related to propaganda effect (revenge strikes) is a fact.

  4.  @blackcatdungeonmastersfami5311  You like cherry picking , but it doesn't help - Russia's Finance Minister Anton Siluanov himself told the surplus is tiny and there's going to be deficit soon again, (next year at the latest). It is not "despite" , but 'because' of the war the oil price went higher (for now, the trend is changing). Big inflation in Turkey, you say? Why is it big? Any connection to sanctions after buying Russian S-400 perhaps? Are you saying these facts help your narrative "there's no problem with Russian economy and this will go even better from 17 to 70" ?

  7.  @blackcatdungeonmastersfami5311  I want to contrast your statement "Russian economy is not collapsing and the war is not unpopular in Russia" ( countered  @MarcosElMalo2 ) As long as the economy isn't collapsing *yet*, its perspectives aren't bright, if you put the inflation within bigger picture as lost exports (which provided big part of budget income), ban on imports (technology!), financial operations ... We will see. поживем , увидим.
