  1. Rubel official exchange rate is artificially created at cost of selling Russia's currency reserves, in case you didn't know, pls check its market price in Turkey or Finland exchange offices. The bigger income doesn't help while you burn it at the war literally...

  4.  @TerahAsh  India is in good relations with Russia, indeed, but not Russia at war now. Last time PM Modi met Putin, he put it straight(!): he looks for diplomatic solutions.

  5. Why not ? The alternative is to give up to the man who speaks about bringing back Soviet/Russian empire far boarders I think most prefer not that warm at home than cold in trench.
