  1. Mind please Putin created for Russia's citizens image of 'the leader' who rebuilt Russia as a state , who is shown as "the good" even when something goes wrong (then that was eg the clerks who failed, or the fault of 'external forces'...) And not many citizens question that ...

  4.  @j91632  I think blind optimism is as bad as blind pessimism. 🙄 Now I cannot fit supposed world nuclear war to any country's winning , nor Ukraine nor Russia. However, no need of nuclear weapons for Ukraine's win, they don't have any.
