He didn't make that claim until much later when he was trying to get a book deal. Officers said Jeffrey was a good inmate who kept to himself and was on his way to medium security, they called Scarver "just a stone cold killer"

  12. True he did always make them unconscious and tried to keep them that way, he was not a sadist who enjoyed killing or a complete psychopath. He was unique for sure

  14. I feel sorry for him too, read more about his case and it's clear unlike other serial killers, he had some good in him and didn't want to be this way
