  1. That looks like the same alien species described in the Kelly–Hopkinsville encounter. Short and thin with a big head, walk awkwardly just like that, the same big floppy ears on the side of their head, and they were said to kind of glow like that too. Whatever species it is it is absolutely not human, I've never seen someone's legs and feet move like that and not to mention the right arm at the end looks like it has no bones in it and forms a U shape.

  5. That looked like the back of the head to me, sticking out weirdly. I also saw what looked like big floppy ears. It looks and moves just like how the Kelly–Hopkinsville encounter aliens were described.
