  6. Tbh the reason is because their families can’t/don’t pay for swimming lessons. Whether or not they just can’t afford it or their priorities aren’t there is a different question.

  7. They are here in America too, just not talked about. They do a lot of begging on the streets, they are scammers, they will beg for money in the street with fake signs with some sob story and then when you give it to them also snatch your jewelry. Their kids don't go to school and they commit crime with them. They also break into houses. They might approach your car at the gas station with some story...ie. "thinking you were someone else," just to see what they can steal in your car or to see if you're going to leave the keys inside. These gypsies are everywhere just committing crime for a living all day, it's literally all they drive around the country doing. They have approached me in the parking lot with my husband who is a cop, they put on a fake desperate act give you some story hoping you'll give them money. Don't ever give these people money or even stop.
