  9.  @chrismat86  No. They also can't just let him sit there forever with weapons next to him. And can't let him drive away since he talked about harming people in the 911 and was visibly nodding out. What would you rather they do? The next step is to try to remove him from the car, which resulted in him picking up the knife and saying he was going to kill every single one of them, spinning around toward the door, then eventually slicing his throat and stabbing himself.
