  1. 2 cops did get wounded from being shot through the door with his assault rifle. It was reasonable for them to stand down to wait for tactical instead of basically commit suicide. But tactical's response is supposed to be fast, within minutes. And Border Patrol tactical was on the scene fast but they didn't go in either for some reason we don't know. Apparently they were all waiting around for a janitor key. Police chief Pete Arredondo should be led away in cuffs.
