  1. You do realize they do things the way they do for a reason. There are specialists whose jobs it is to study these protocols for many years and enforce them into law with detailed explanations in the court system of why they are necessary. You don't know what you're talking about, jumping on someone with a knife with riot shields is not safe so can't be done. Same as shooting someone in the leg to try to incapacitate them.
