  2.  @karizouwu8780  It sucks you lost a family member, but you can't expect criminals to get much sympathy, especially ones who brought it on themselves. Do you know the reason for him not listening to the cops? Could he not speak English (serious question)? Or a reason why he pointed a gun at officers, or even had a gun in the first place?

  3. No he's right it was the fault of those higher up. Lower ranking officers can't be expected to break chain of command no matter how much you wanted them to.
