  4. So the constitution needs to be changed to what Black people are today. Its taken 500 hundred years to get here. Joe Biden rides in the Beast aka his Limousine! He needs to expound that we as Black people are equally human beings as other peoples. We are no longer to be seen as 1/3 of a human being. Unless the Constitution is reconstituted to state what is right ✅️ towards us, we will be forced to walk blind for another 500 hundred years. Shalom
