Yes that's what is happening Martin! A judge is a judge! It does not make sense, but that's how the system rolls. Until things slowly change, more and more people are going to be caught in this situation. Read your job description. If you dont have one, get one. Then read it ,and abide by it. Sometimes you have seal your lips and work more creatively to address the prolonged racism issues.

The judge has made comments that may be true ,but that's not her job as a judge! We have to check if she has stayed from her job description as a judge! That's the valid point?
