  1. Old people told us not to speak with Spirits, If you were dreaming while asleep and it spoke to you and you answered, your life would be now endangered! It's so deliberate in the realm of humanity, we all get a piece of the 🧩,while others eat the pie,some the whole hog, and leave others to virtually starve ❤. I can very much resonate with your story. Many peo0le cannot share these experiences because they are taboo for some people. Once you cope and figure it out for self you are on agendas and menus. You keep running from the wolf and then get beaten and eaten by the bad shepherd! You have endured the trauma,now enjoy the fruits of it. I always say, " Mi no waaaa talk to no duppy" My daddy use to laugh and say, " A summady a no duppy" So I concluded a long time that a Spirit person is a person without a body. They are grounded and so rounded for a time and for a reason, So our Spirit and the Spirit World is hardly been explored, like Science and Medicine. There is much to learn yet, and so thank God for your healing and processing in all of your experiences. . I will continue to listen to the end now, as I fell asleep in the midst.   10. The Light Show/✴️ This is new for me! It's as if I've been waiting for this, to confirm what I have come to understand in my own experience. I have not had a therapist or mentor as such, so I rely on The Holy Spirit. I find the HS very accurate, however only a few people resonate with me,and it's feels ,lonely.
