Here's how utterly wrong you are- real estate has hit fresh new highs 14 months in a row according ti case schiller. The average tenant (you) wastes 25k a year making their landlord rich. So even if the market was stagnant for the last 2.5 years, the average tenant (you) has blown 65k a year on rent while the rich people who own real estate have hears of principal reduction and generous tax benefits that basically subsidizes their homeownership. That's how it's done, junior.

He literally says the same things across multiple channels, like what he just said about the st Louis fred, which absolutely no one uses because it conflate the new house market with existing. We just hit the 14th record high according to case schiller but according to the crash 🤡s whose numbers are dwindling everyday , now its a "crash: because prices aren't still going up 10-20% a year. 🙄
