  1. All these "warning signs" means you're going to be selling your condo in Miami that you bought last year while you were making these same videos, right ? (Of course you won't, so why should anybody take anything in this video seriously?)

  2. @Ww8.3  Yes condos ARE bad "investments" . If there is a "ctash" they will be the first thing to crash , they will crash the hardest and they will be the last thing to recover. Couple that with the horrific HOA fees and the fact that they are just glorified apartments with no actual real estate or privacy and you can see why they are the first thing to go on every downturn.
