  2. Prices are up -Again - nationally both month over month and year over year in september. Only 6% of listings had price cuts and homes sold for 99.3% of asling price within about 30 days. Inventoriy is still about half historic norms and foreclosures statrts are also still near historic lows. He syopped talkkng about real estate on this channel because there is no "crash" and there isnt going to be one and he knows it.

  6. 20%+ drop in prices in a short period of time. Prices were up again last month. So we are about to enter year 4 of still no "crash"

  7. No they don't. They only talk about the same few cities , Phoenix, Boise and Austin because that's all they have. "A lot of tou ask about Boise in the comments". Uh, no they don't. Nobody cares about property values in Boise. Or Mississippi or.some backwater town in Louisiana. 🙄
