Hi RJ so yku said morgan stanley is now forecasting a microscopic 0-5% dip in values next year "if" inventory suddenly spikes noticeably What are your thoughts on the fact that prices need to drop AT LEAST 5% a year , every year , just for a tenant paying the average rent of $2100 a month to break even on what they are wasting every year on rent ?

  7. The fed basically said they're done raising rates, expect eates to drop tomorrow. Oh, and real estate prices were up another 3% year over yea and "high rates" have never crashed the market, ever.
