If you want to see observable speciation, it’s just a google away. And no, we no not need to see speciation to know it happens, there are other ways to conclude that. Evolution is a fact, nothing you have ever said or will say can change that. Time to say hello to reality.

  12.  @leejohnson6328  Kind is a made up concept. The word you are seeking is species. When a group of a species becomes separated they go their own Evolutionary path. This is driven by natural occurring changes and the ability to adapt to these changes. When the changes are great enough to prevent mating the former one species have Evolved into two species. This is not magic and yes, it have been and can be observed.
