  1. 2002 Highlander 1MZ-FE with 3 spd+OD AT, drained and refilled ATF per owner's manual, but now 1/4" above the "max hot" dipstick mark. Can I adjust fluid level when cold using the "cold" mark or should it always be adjusted hot?

  2.  @TheCarCareNut  It seems very tricky to get the level between the "low" and "high" hot marks when the spec only says: "Drain and refill: Up to 3.5 quarts." :)
