  1. Yes, I come from a family w/anxiety issues and always had a lot of social anxiety, but it's gotten better over the years w/practice. I still have days where I'm just generally anxious, but we all have to remember to breathe deeply when that happens and take a few minutes for oneself and then focus on the small tasks I can get done to keep being productive.
