I did a presentation on the Yellowstone super volcano in college for our speech class and by the end of it, I had everyone worried we were all gonna die! lol it was funny, but I still am quite concerned over it given the last 3 times it erupted were roughly 600k thousand years apart so we should be overdue for one and the scientists observing the area have noticed growth in certain areas from the magma below. That scares the shit out of me! It's a more realistic way that we're all going to go extinct here soon. The last one of these to go off was Toba 75k years ago and there's was hardly any humans here, so not that many affected. When the next one happens, it's going to plunge us all back into the dark ages, and only those who are strong and know survival skills and can live underground for like 5 years will make it due to all the ash that darkens out the sun for years afterwards globally.
