I don't know how a dog park could be that bothersome, espeically compoared to living next to an air force base like I do, and a loud annoying fucking neighbor who's been workong on his house for the last five years straight and for some reason still isn't fucking done yet starts by 7am every fucking morning! Not fun to hear when I'm just waking up and getting ready for work and my room's right next door. I'm about to give him a cease and desist notice!
