  2. 4:26 See I don't agree that we're waiving any of our rights for the government to go take that just because we work w/private entities to get that info for ourselves. How else are we supposed to get it w/o using someone else unless we're a damn scientist w/a lab ourselves?? That's not fair and I don't see that as me saying I'm okay w/anyone else having that info just b/c i go thru one company. There should be an explicit agreement that that company does before taking your info, and I'm glad I haven't done it yet. It's like the battle law enforcement has had over the years w/cell phone companies. We have a right to our privacy and they don't just give up our records or location, even when law enforcement provides a warrant I believe.
