  3. That's a good idea for parents to pool resources so even if both parents had t work, if they could just teach one or two days a month and share b/t other parents I think the kids would benefit a lot from different teaching styles as well too.

  4. Exactly! That way no unions to get in the middle of parent/teacher relationships either, so the parent will definitely have more say in what the teachers teach. End teachers unions!
